Which countries do you support for relocation?
We primarily support relocation to the Netherlands under the IND Skilled Migrant framework. If an employer has a defined pathway for another country, we can assist with candidate sourcing and preparation.
Do you manage the IND process end-to-end?
Yes. When using our EOR structure, we manage the IND Skilled Migrant process end-to-end. Employment, immigration coordination, compliance, and administration are bundled under one monthly invoice.
What if we are already an IND-recognized sponsor?
If you are an IND sponsor, we adapt the model accordingly. You may use our recruitment and trial setup first, then transfer the employee into your own employment structure under agreed terms.
Can relocation start with a trial or pilot phase?
Yes. For roles that can be performed remotely, we recommend a remote trial period to validate fit and collaboration. For strict on-site roles such as technicians or electricians, we apply a 90-day trial period with an open-ticket policy.
What level of seniority do you relocate?
We support both mid and senior professionals. For technical and technician roles, we often focus on under-30 candidates due to IND salary thresholds, while senior specialists are supported when required.

When using our EOR and IND setup, employer legal liability is effectively removed. We handle contracts, payroll, compliance, and immigration coordination within a clearly defined framework.
How long does the relocation process usually take?
Timelines depend on role type and IND requirements. In most cases, the process from agreement to arrival takes approximately 12 weeks.
Do you support accommodation and settling in?
We provide full accommodation and settling support in the Venlo area. For relocations outside this region, accommodation must be arranged by the employer, with our coordination support if needed.
Can you support both relocation and long-term employment?
Yes. Relocation can be combined with long-term employment under our EOR model or transitioned into the client’s structure. The setup remains flexible and aligned with your internal policies.
